As an Operations Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives at Apple, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic development and execution of key strategic projects within the Product Operations team. This is a leadership position that requires a unique blend of program/project management skills, communication expertise, and self-motivation to succeed in ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead within the worldwide operations team and collaborate across engineering, software, regulatory, and other teams to create impact through novel and significant projects.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships across organizational levels to drive collaboration and results.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain, or product development. Consumer electronics background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven success in project management, operations, or consulting roles.
• Comfortable independently navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise conveyance of complex ideas and data.
• Strong analytical skills for rapid data gathering, analysis, and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $184,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
