HUB's Client Services professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the industry. Job Summary

The Account Manager ensures clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff. Acts as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts.

  • Manage the entire account-service process
  • Market to carriers
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Prepares/presents proposals to clients
  • Participates in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)
  • Oversees the processing of enrollments/changes/terms
  • Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • Responds to/resolves escalated client issues
  • Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy
  • Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums
  • Maintains accurate and organized account files
