Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collecting essential customer information to assess eligibility through phone or email interactions.
  • Utilizing a CRM system daily to manage fundraising activities and sales collaborations.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding fundraising events and partnerships.
  • Coordinating preferred follow-up dates and times with clients.
  • Updating customer accounts and entering data into the CRM during calls.
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential leads to promote fundraising opportunities.
  • Creating new leads and accounts within the CRM system.
  • Making outbound calls to businesses and estate sales to solicit items for collection.
  • Addressing new marketing leads related to fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Support Center Manager and Sales/Fundraising Senior Director to ensure all processes are executed effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support ongoing partnerships and fundraising opportunities.
  • Exhibiting a proactive approach to meet sales targets and facilitate future business.
  • Maintaining a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor towards clients at all times.
  • Resolving issues related to fundraising drives in coordination with field coordinators and managers.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the fundraising program to address inquiries from current and prospective customers.
  • Setting up multiple fundraising drives weekly following the training period.
  • Conducting a minimum of 100 outbound contacts weekly.
  • Establishing 1-3 new partnerships or business connections weekly.
  • Participating in weekly sales team calls to stay informed about program developments.
  • Potential travel to relevant conferences and events throughout the year.
  • Updating the calendar with relevant events and sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and high personal integrity.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals, preferably in a telephonic setting.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales within a call center environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is advantageous.
