Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all pets.
- Deliver excellent customer service by being knowledgeable about our services and products.
- Ensure timely follow-up on commitments made to clients and team members.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with Playtime staff to supervise and care for pets during scheduled activities.
- Document meals, potty breaks, and interactions with pets accurately.
- Conduct introductory and exit evaluations for each pet.
- Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all pets during their stay.
- Keep lodging areas clean and organized.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards both clients and animals.
- Previous experience in the pet care industry is advantageous but not required.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand or walk for the majority of the shift and lift up to 40lbs.
- Capability to manage and walk dogs on a leash.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptability to work extended hours when necessary.
