Position Overview:

The Junior Management Consultant will conduct organizational assessments and evaluations, assist in the development of management frameworks and procedures, perform workflow simplifications and measurement analyses, and prepare operational and procedural documentation to aid management in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Junior Management Consultant with foundational knowledge of management system methodologies, processes, and technologies that will enhance program operations.
  • Evaluate management information needs to create program or administrative reporting systems, including system specifications, data collection, analytical methods, and evaluation techniques.
  • Examine administrative processes and/or office programs.
  • Draft reports, correspondence, and other documentation for management programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Support the creation of new or revised management systems or procedures to streamline program operations within established guidelines.
  • Conduct administrative and financial analyses.
  • Provide research, spreadsheet development, data gathering, and analysis.
  • Prepare various recurring reports, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual summaries.
  • Offer daily support in diverse program activities and projects.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

The employee will require supervision and has limited opportunities to exercise independent judgment and initiative in their work.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred Associate's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess a strong command of the English language and excellent writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is essential.
  • Maintain professional competence and specialized knowledge by staying informed about emerging trends and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of and skills in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs.
  • Knowledge of relevant programs, objectives, applicable laws, and policies to analyze and compile information; basic understanding of management and organizational techniques, systems, and procedures to perform analytical studies.
