Madison Collective is a leading restaurant group that has been creating upscale neighborhood restaurants for over 100 years. We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at our high-volume DC location.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and guest interactions. A strong focus on creating a positive and efficient work environment is essential for success in this role.

About the Position:

  • Daily operations management with a focus on being a constant floor presence to support staff and guests' needs.
  • Creating genuine hospitality-driven experiences for guests.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be hospitality-focused managers with at least 1-2 years of floor/operations experience at a manager/supervisory level in full-service restaurants (casual, upscale casual or fine dining preferred).
  • Confidence in their abilities but a strong desire to learn and grow.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
