We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Del Mar, part of Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who possess excellent leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and a passion for delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced upscale dining environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. You will lead a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations plans to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence in customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail
  • Maintain open communication with all staff members, addressing concerns and suggestions to foster a positive work environment
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute menu items that align with our brand's vision and values
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address operational gaps and drive continuous growth

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2-3+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant setting. You should demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding company standards for hospitality, service quality, and efficiency. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to adapt to changing situations, and maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard.

As a Restaurant Manager at Del Mar, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
