About the Role:

Hartford Healthcare (HHC) is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at our Level 1 Trauma Center. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a surgical setting, with a strong background in trauma care. New graduates are welcome to apply, as we offer extensive training and onboarding programs to support your growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine physical examinations and develop medical plans to treat patients
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop treatment plans and refer patients to specialists as needed
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within your scope of practice, identifying areas outside your expertise and referring accordingly

What We Offer:

HHC provides a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.   • Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
