About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Hartford HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare services in Connecticut. As a trauma care specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Level 1 Trauma Center.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, perform routine physical examinations, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as part of our multidisciplinary trauma team
  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical plans
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • Certification or board-eligibility as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • New graduates welcome to apply

Estimated Salary Range

$145,000 - $165,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
