Job Summary

This full-time position is open to both Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care to trauma patients from emergency room to surgical floors and critical care units. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine physical examinations and formulating medical plans to treat patients.
  • Developing treatment plans in consultation with physicians and care team members.
  • Providing appropriate treatment for problems within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • An unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility).
  • Certification or board-eligibility as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

">

A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in a surgical setting is preferred.

Compensation

">

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
