Fleet Mechanic Trainer

Ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic Trainer to join our team at a premier client near Atlanta, GA. As a Fleet Mechanic Trainer, you'll play a critical role in delivering technical training to our technicians, ensuring they have the skills to maintain and repair vehicles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing learning initiatives
- Facilitate continuous learning and upskilling opportunities for technicians
- Work with the Lead Instructor and site leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Take ownership of the Vehicle tech training program
- 3+ years of experience in AV or technical fields, combined with teaching or coaching experience
- Strong experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
- Operations support experience, with a focus on training and performance improvement
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including shifts, and travel to support sites
- Strong communication skills
