Technical Training Specialist

At HHS Technology Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Trainer/Technical Scribe to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and end-user education to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training plans and content for various media, including virtual training, e-learning, and classroom training.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement training plans, curricula, and learning resources.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders within 48 hours.
- Use best practices in training and instructional design to produce content that caters to various learning styles.
- Work with technical and non-technical staff to gather pertinent information and format it into usable written materials for training purposes.
Requirements:
- Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in training creation and delivery.
- At least three (3) of those five (5) years must be training delivery of Train-the-Trainer.
- Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience in training delivery of MMIS systems or components, preferably Provider Management.
- Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience in using the various platforms within the MS Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Training experience with State government agencies.
- Critical Skills include: Presentation, being able to command a room, Very articulate communication, Technical Writing/Editing, Content Creation, Customer Relationship Management, Consulting, Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Highly Motivate, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving Skills, Working Independently, Take responsibility for assigned task, Able to prioritize based on needs or deadlines.
