Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, set up, operate, and run print projects on digital printing presses.
  • Read and follow ticket specifications to ensure configurations are correct.
  • Follow job schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Run test runs and trials as requested.
  • Complete regular quality checks, detect and report defective materials or potential problems.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required.
  • Work to improve the process and efficiency of new products and concepts.
  • Must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the job function and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Must comply with all company policies.
  • Additional job duties as needed and ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous digital press experience is preferred.
  • Able to perform basic set-ups on the machines; knowledge of basic print production and job flow beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and math skills needed.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
