  • Coordinate Design Team activities to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage design assignments, holding to approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards for the Program.
  • Develop and implement Design Management guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish CAD and BIM frameworks, environments, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience in Design Management on capital programs.
  • Proven track record of managing designs to meet design budgets and construction budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-discipline design teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
