NUCKOLLS is a leading organization in the industry, with a rich history of 120 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and lead a small team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary. They will also possess strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships. Additionally, they will have experience in sales or customer service, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and have a desire to be active in the community.

The role will consist of learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to do the same tasks. You will become an expert in training those in your care while moving into the Agency Director role as you master the skills needed using our systems and process.

This role is paid weekly, with an average salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year. The successful candidate will be required to have a driver's license, a clean background, and their own transportation. A 45-day minimum evaluation period will be required before advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
