We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Misty SOLDwisch Home Selling Team - Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Innovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, navigating the complexities of the real estate market, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to determine their real estate needs and preferences
- Source properties that match client requirements and negotiate on their behalf
- Guide clients in selecting financing solutions that fit their needs
- Present offers to sellers or their representatives
- Participate in open houses, networking events, and training sessions to improve sales skills
- Network and market continually to generate new clients
- Cold call and prospect on a daily basis
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- An active Iowa Real Estate License is required for this role
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Outlook, word processing, and spreadsheets
- Professionalism and a polished appearance are essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated capacity for multitasking and creative problem-solving
- An eye for detail and self-discipline are necessary
- Outstanding customer service is an absolute necessity
