Job Title: Visit Supervisor

Elk Hill Farm, Inc. is seeking a Visit Supervisor to join our team. As a Visit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising visits between children in alternate care and their natural parents at our facilities or other agreed-upon sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise visits between non-custodial parents and their child(ren) to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor and intervene as necessary to prevent inappropriate physical or verbal behaviors.
  • Report any problems or concerns regarding clients, social workers, or visitation requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide a non-threatening and respectful environment for youth and families.
  • Complete session progress notes and provide them to the supervisor as required.
  • Attend FAPT, treatment team, or family engagement meetings as requested by the supervisor.
  • Maintain current certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Maintain a driving record that meets Elk Hill's requirements.
  • Participate in face-to-face supervision with the supervisor at least once per month.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents.
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional business hours.
  • Exhibit consistent personal integrity in dealings with youth, families, co-workers, and agency personnel.
