Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Alabama RN license or current Multi-State RN License in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, with a focus on patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
