Position Overview: We are looking for a Java Software Engineer (SWE 3) to join our innovative team, contributing to vital projects within the intelligence sector. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of state-of-the-art software solutions that support national security initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage advanced technologies to create analytics that aggregate data from various cyber sources.
  • Construct prototypes that address new inquiries while enhancing responses to existing challenges.
  • Devise novel methods for data representation utilizing data science techniques and automate analytical processes through machine learning frameworks.
  • Engage directly with clients in a highly collaborative and integrated setting.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and document extensive big data cloud computing workflows.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for candidates with substantial experience directly related to the position.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Proficient in Java programming.
  • Familiarity with Hadoop.
  • Experience in software configuration management using Gitlab, Git, Gitflow, and Nexus.
  • Proficient in Linux operating systems.
