REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient .NET Developer
MCSD (Preferred) or MCP (Preferred)
Minimum of 5 years in software engineering with .NET.
Experience with Veterans Affairs is essential.
Familiarity with DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is required.
Experience with VistImage is necessary.
AWS proficiency is a plus.
Strong command of C# and the .NET framework.
Solid understanding of web development technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server and Entity Framework.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a pivotal contributor to our software development initiatives, you will assist in crafting robust and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' requirements.

Your role will encompass designing, coding, testing, and maintaining .NET applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Develop and sustain .NET applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.

Collaborate with architects and team members to design and implement software solutions that align with client specifications and industry best practices.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code utilizing C# and the .NET framework.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to identify and rectify software defects.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and system documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and implement performance enhancements in existing applications.
Adhere to security best practices and ensure applications are developed with a focus on data protection and cybersecurity.
Stay informed on .NET framework updates, tools, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
