Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Identity Management Security (IMS) Aggregator/Partner Support Management team and leadership with various functions, including but not limited to:
  • Acting as a representative for the Identity Management Security (IMS) division
  • Managing calendars for the IMS Aggregator/Partner Support Management team and leadership
  • Facilitating communications and coordination with Aggregator/Partner executives
  • Planning meetings and events as required
  • Creating presentations in Google Slides & PowerPoint, utilizing data from Google Sheets & Excel
  • Maintaining current Aggregator/Partner statistical charts, contact lists, and email directories
  • Coordinating team meetings and events
  • Providing assistance with audio, visual, and web conferencing to ensure effective meetings
  • Supporting the team with special projects as necessary
  • Generating and sharing reports as requested by Aggregator/Partner
  • Drafting standard operating procedure documents for repetitive tasks
  • Collaborating as part of a broader project team or functioning independently as a partner support representative
  • Taking ownership and accountability for individual deliverables
  • Partnering with Aggregator/Partner representatives to enhance their desired outcomes through best practice guidance and adoption
  • Articulating their long-term and short-term objectives and how they align with the broader vision of Broadcom business
  • Identifying knowledge gaps within Aggregator/Partner that need addressing and developing structured engagement plans with the Aggregators and/or Partners
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adaptable and progressive learner with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting
  • An active listener with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interpreting complex customer situations and adapting as necessary
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) skills
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Project Management skills (or training in progress to be completed within 6 months)
  • Robust organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to anticipate executive needs
  • Strong calendar management capabilities
  • Proficiency in gSuite collaboration tools and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must demonstrate strong initiative, self-motivation, and high standards of excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and cultivate effective working relationships
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in managing highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate strong follow-through
Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits Overview:

The annual base salary range for this role is $84,000 - $135,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
