Our Community Outreach division plays a crucial role in this endeavor.

Key Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Coordinator:

  • Inform community members about our non-profit collaborations, highlighting awareness and support avenues.
  • Accurately document and oversee contributions, both financial and in-kind.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and coaching through regular meetings and networking opportunities to enhance skills and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to devise impactful promotional strategies aimed at improving consumer education and boosting performance metrics.
  • Maintain professionalism, address concerns, and navigate challenges effectively when interacting with clients in person.

Qualifications for the Community Outreach Coordinator:

  • No previous experience required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Positive, competitive, and open to coaching.
  • Proficient in public speaking or a willingness to develop this skill.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
