Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Specialist will play a crucial role in the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for designated programs. This individual should be familiar with working with large-volume, small-part inventories and possess strong organizational skills to manage large amounts of data and extract key information. A continuous improvement mindset is essential in finding the right candidate for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in physical inventories and receive materials from vendors and transfers.
- Issue materials to subcontractors and adhere to safety standards.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of computer programs for data entry, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of inventory or WMS systems.
- Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
