Job Summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a skilled Direct Care Staff to provide support and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders. As a member of our team, you will assist individuals to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and community integration
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • High School Graduation or Equivalent
  • 6 months of experience providing direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to complete required training for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 months and obtain certification within 12 months
  • Ability to complete Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course within 1 year
