Telecare Corporation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our team at Stephanie House in Garden Grove, CA. As a Direct Care Staff, you will provide support and case management for members served with developmental disabilities and other co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members served with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to members served
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • Six months of prior experience providing direct care and special services to persons with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to complete the required training for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 months of initial employment
