About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at Telecare Stephanie House in Garden Grove, CA. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and case management for members served with developmental disabilities and other co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and care to members served in a homelike setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Support members in achieving their goals and living independently
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement person-centered plans
  • Provide transportation to appointments and groups
Requirements
  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • Six months of prior experience providing direct care and special services to persons with developmental disabilities
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
