- Direct program execution to meet critical business and financial targets, including orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
- Ensure accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance across programs.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities with a history of successful program management.

- Collaborate effectively with significant subcontractors and suppliers.
- Work alongside operations, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.
- Manage and mitigate the effects of obsolescence and diminishing military sources (DMS).
- Lead cross-functional teams, including remote members, ensuring cohesive teamwork.
- Achieve efficiencies and cost reductions in program execution.
- Negotiate contracts and manage contract changes adeptly.
- Prepare proposals, business plans, performance Statements of Work (SOW), specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.

Essential Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners in industry and government.
- Proficient negotiation skills, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Advanced financial analytical skills and expertise in MS-Excel, along with practical experience in MS Office or similar tools.
- Establish and maintain trust with government clients, L3Harris leadership, and program teams.
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of issues.
- Possess a solid technical and business foundation to assess and refine win strategies, proactively advising leadership.
- Formulate actionable plans for program execution and capture planning that yield reliable results and profitable returns on investment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant program management experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of experience. Alternatively, 13 years of program management experience without a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading development, production, repair, and sustainment programs.
- Proven track record in accelerating delivery timelines and repair turnaround.
- Familiarity with earned value management and risk management is advantageous.
- Background in Engineering, Finance, or Program Management is preferred.
- Current or in-scope Secret security clearance is a plus.
- Graduate Degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to all management levels.
