About the Role:
The Office Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our office operations. This includes managing front-end staff, scheduling, and training, as well as handling administrative tasks such as accounts receivable and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and schedule front-end staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
* Train and develop staff to meet business needs
* Oversee accounts receivable and manage the fish and game account
* Track daily sales and statistics, providing insights to inform business decisions
* Manage time and attendance system, ensuring accurate payroll processing
* Conduct new hire orientation, explaining policies and procedures
* Assist the Store Manager as directed
* Run reports to inform business decisions
* Meet all deadlines set by management and the corporate office
Requirements:
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong math and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work in high-pressure situations
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in office and management functions preferred
