The Boeing Defense Services (BDS) Operations team is in search of an Executive Fleet First-Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K). The chosen candidates will oversee executive transport modification initiatives, leading teams in structural, electrical, and interior upgrades. This role involves managing teams in a dynamic, high-profile wide-body modification program, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Work Location: This position requires 100% onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel engaged in various manufacturing disciplines.
- Formulate and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures while developing organizational and technical approaches.
- Secure resources, provide technical oversight of suppliers, and spearhead process enhancements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and team members, ensuring effective oversight and approval of technical methodologies, products, and processes.
- Guide, develop, and inspire team members.
Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which necessitates U.S. Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or modifications.
- At least 1 year of experience in leading or managing teams under FAA Part 145 Repair Station regulations.
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a cross-functional setting.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet critical milestones and aircraft delivery timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid FAA A&P Certificate or a minimum of 18 months of hands-on maintenance experience qualifying for an FAA Repairman Certificate in the relevant maintenance area.
Relocation Assistance: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Shift Details: This role may require variable shifts.
