Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ground Service Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other vehicles, to provide services to our customers.
- Ramp Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment on the ramp, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 18 years of age and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or aviation-related role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
