Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Service Manager to join our team at Atlantic Aviation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of ground handling services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our line service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fuel inventory, aircraft movements, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our line service team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in line service or a related field.
  • Valid state driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
