Main Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective communication to clients and internal stakeholders regarding account activity and potential issues.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage daily and monthly records on service activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet client expectations.
- May serve as the primary point of contact for clients and participate in client meetings to discuss account activity.
- Perform general front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and scheduling conference rooms.
- Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and set up food and beverages for meetings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus 1-2 years of related experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, bending, and walking.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve issues.
