We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective communication to clients and internal stakeholders regarding account activity and potential issues.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage daily and monthly records on service activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet client expectations.
  • May serve as the primary point of contact for clients and participate in client meetings to discuss account activity.
  • Perform general front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and scheduling conference rooms.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and set up food and beverages for meetings.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, bending, and walking.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve issues.
