Pacific Skin and Cosmetic Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Dermatology Offices in San Francisco and Corte Madera.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring effective and high-quality operations for one surgeon and three mid-level providers.
- Office Operations: Maintain a visible presence within the office to ensure smooth operations and coordination of all staff.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the biller and accountant on accounts receivable, budgetary requirements, and other financial aspects of the practice.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with MIPS, HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory requirements and standards.
- Marketing and Communications: Oversee overall marketing activities, including social media, website, public relations, and digital strategies.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting with 3 years of supervision/management experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required and work-related experience.
- Skills: Strong quantitative skills, budgeting, financial management, and decision-making by metrics.
- Technology: Experience with electronic practice management and medical records systems, including Modernizing Medicine, Microsoft 365, and Square.
