As a Senior Associate at PMX, you will leverage your expertise in media investment to navigate the evolving landscape of Local Media. This role is crucial in developing tailored strategies that enhance client outcomes while minimizing inefficiencies. PMX integrates the strengths of our Collective, Spark, Starcom, and Zenith agency brands to redefine Local Media.
Your contributions will directly impact our clients' success across various local media channels, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD).
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective advertising solutions tailored to your designated local markets, focusing on efficiency and inclusivity.
- Oversee project timelines and client specifications to ensure performance metrics are met.
- Manage comprehensive campaign performance analysis and fulfillment of agreements.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with partners and vendors to enhance client service.
- Develop expertise in the unique characteristics of your assigned markets to optimize client strategies.
- Utilize leading local buying platforms and tools to drive results.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance collective skills.
- Receive ongoing support from Supervisors and Management to foster professional growth.
- Access extensive training resources to broaden your advertising knowledge.
- Explore opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in negotiating Local Video and/or Audio Investments.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient mathematical skills.
- Familiarity with HMX, OX, and Prisma media platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of local media measurement tools, including Nielsen and Comscore.
