Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are in search of a skilled maintenance technician for our apartment community, where you will be instrumental in transforming vacant units into welcoming homes. Your role will also encompass the routine maintenance of the property grounds and shared spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Completing a checklist of duties to ensure that vacant apartments are ready for new residents.
- Regularly inspecting the property grounds and communal areas, including litter collection.
- Carrying out additional tasks as directed by the Community Manager and Service Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant maintenance experience in a residential setting.
- Ability to meet all physical demands and follow instructions effectively.
- Competence in adhering to both verbal and written guidelines.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Availability for weekend work as needed; on-call duties on a rotating schedule for emergencies.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm; weekend work as required; on-call for emergencies as scheduled.
