About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Construction Scheduling Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction scheduling process for various projects across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multiple projects across different regions, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all schedules are accurately maintained.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential delays or issues, and implementing appropriate solutions to mitigate any risks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of all projects, highlighting any potential issues or risks and providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all contract requirements, ensuring that all projects are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the scheduling team, ensuring that all team members are effectively trained and supported in their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in Project Management or Construction Scheduling would be considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects across different regions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations, with a specific focus on scheduling and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the scheduling process.
  • Proficiency in using construction scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
