We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our demand generation efforts and drive aggressive growth targets. This role requires expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), deep hands-on experience with marketing technology tools like Marketo, and a collaborative approach to align closely with sales and other cross-functional teams.

About the Role
  • Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that target both new customers and existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion within our existing install base.
  • Sales and Customer Alignment: Partner with leadership to ensure alignment on campaign strategies, plays, and pipeline goals, fostering a seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
  • Metrics and Optimization: Own pipeline and revenue targets for demand generation, tracking key KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Technology and Tools: Operate and optimize marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo, to execute and measure campaigns, streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging and assets for campaigns, promoting a cohesive brand voice and customer experience.
About You
  • Proven Experience: 7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing roles, preferably in a cybersecurity or technology environment, with a track record of success in executing ABM strategies and driving measurable results.
  • ABM Expertise: Demonstrated success in executing account-based marketing strategies with measurable results, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Hands-On Martech Experience: Advanced proficiency with Marketo is required; experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and other marketing tech is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions, driving business growth and optimization.
  • Agility: Proven ability to thrive under tight timelines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities, staying flexible and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to align with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.
