About the Role

The Engagement Manager plays a key part in delivering Nexthink's solutions and services, ensuring successful implementation and meeting customer expectations.

This role requires strong technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish trust with colleagues and customers. Experience in project managing enterprise software deployments is essential, along with the capacity for travel when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire services engagement lifecycle, from sales to delivery and billing.
  • Lead the implementation team and manage ongoing staff resourcing.
  • Produce and maintain all relevant project documentation.
  • Provide advice on solution impact and proactively recommend approaches to mitigate delivery risk.
  • Identify opportunities to provide incremental value within a customer and work with commercial teams to progress.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Certification in the ITIL Methodology.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise solution deployments in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Ownership of all aspects of services contracting, including negotiations and resolution of disputes.
  • Relevant project management certifications.
  • Minimum six years of project management experience, with at least four years in a customer-facing role (two in SaaS-based solutions).
  • Demonstrable successful delivery of multiple engagements.
  • Demonstrable strong communication skills with the ability to consult and influence within diverse organizations.
  • Ability to guide and resolve escalated delivery issues through judicious involvement of company management and optimal resource deployment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on location and experience.
