Job Description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) deliver incredible care that is unseen anywhere else in the world. Our team provides patient-centered anesthesia for all types of surgical procedures, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, and pediatrics. You will administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled, emergency surgeries and diagnostic procedures throughout the Columbia University Irving Medical Center Campus.

Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, and pediatrics
  • Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing comfort, safety, and well-being
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing and current New York State RN license
  • Certification of Nurse Anesthetists and BCLS Certification
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
