Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our sales team and clients receive the support they need. Preparing Quotations: Assist in the creation of comprehensive quotes and estimates tailored to customer requirements. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide effective solutions, and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Managing Orders: Efficiently process orders, resolve any issues, and ensure seamless transitions to manufacturing and engineering teams. Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with our sales, engineering, and operations departments to foster success and ongoing improvement. Solving Problems: Address challenges proactively, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
