About the Position:
The State of Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will be responsible for supervising clinical personnel, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing a clinical supervision model to ensure the fidelity of evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a clinical supervision model to ensure the fidelity of evidence-based practices.
- Provide continuing education and training to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
- Active and regular receipt of board-approved supervision.
- License to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supervising clinical staff and developing policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical supervision models.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
