Pharmacy Manager

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ReGenesis Health Care standards.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to develop and implement plans to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- South Carolina registered pharmacy license (B.S in Pharmacy or PharmD)
- Immunization certification preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- Experience in retail, outpatient hospital, or institutional pharmacy
- Experience with patient interactions and customer service
- Experience using PioneerRx preferred
