Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to and consulting with customers, following up on services requested, and providing estimated completion times.
- Service Operations: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, build computerized repair orders, and source parts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Performance Management: Supervise up to ten employees, oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
- General automotive knowledge.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Team building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
