Job Title: Financial Processing Admin

Yoh's client in Wayne, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled Financial Processing Admin to join their team on a contract basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting activities for several vendors and lessees. The successful candidate will have experience with financial administrative procedures, Microsoft Excel, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Import and control transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring compliance with financial administrative procedures and guidelines.
  • Assure correct and timely pay-outs of investments and other payments to partners.
  • Register and allocate incoming rentals and other lease payments accurately and on time.
  • Ensure the filing and archiving of financial documents, adhering to financial guidelines and legal requirements for storage time.
  • Support the accounting process by gathering, entering, and filling financial data.
  • May also support more experienced accounting clerks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and lease payment processing.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, specifically Lease Management, is a plus.
  • Experience with feedback boxes, shared inboxes, and high-volume email management.
