Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at The Villages on MacArthur. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide emotional support to residents.
  • Lead and Mentor Team Members: Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Care: Continuously assess the quality of care provided and make adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current RN Licensure: Possess a valid and current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in Long-Term Care: Have a minimum of [X] years of experience working in long-term care settings.
