We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Oconomowoc Memorial. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care services to patients requiring oxygen therapy, ventilation, and other respiratory interventions.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests, ABG analysis, and other diagnostic procedures to assess patient respiratory status.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Wisconsin State License - RCP.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) certification.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
- BLS (CPR) or ability to obtain at time of hire; NRP or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
