Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Watertown Health Care Center. As a Resident Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized attention to residents, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Contribute to the care planning process, providing information and observations to support resident care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, reporting any concerns or incidents to the charge nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
