About the Role

Cox is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our LEAD program as a LEAD Internal Consultant. This is a full-time, paid rotational program designed for early-career individuals who are eager to make a real difference in the world.

What You'll Do

As a LEAD Internal Consultant, you will have the opportunity to cultivate a meaningful career while experiencing great benefits and work-life balance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting or leading projects under moderate supervision
  • Managing the end-to-end project life cycle
  • Analyzing business situations, creating processes, and demonstrating problem-solving skills
  • Supporting product launch activities
  • Creating process maps and refining products
  • Tracking and analyzing project budgets
  • Reporting, communicating, and influencing both project deliverables and team members
  • Creating and managing relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders
  • Creating and leading presentations to team members and senior leadership
  • Evaluating data and preparing forecasts
  • Analyzing short and long-range business trends and new business opportunities
  • Planning budgets and comparing against actual spend
  • Creating finance models of 'what if' scenarios for future business planning in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An undergraduate degree by December 2024 (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required) for the January 2025 cohort
  • An undergraduate degree by May 2025 (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required) for the June 2025 cohort
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and organization skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Work authorization to work in the U.S.; this role does not provide work sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $58,400.00 - $87,600.00 per year, with the possibility of additional compensation through an incentive program. Cox also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care insurance, retirement planning, and paid days off.
