Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our growing tax practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and manage the preparation of federal and state tax returns
- Review tax returns and ensure accurate, timely filing
- Maintain client database and communicate effectively with clients
- Research tax issues and tax planning opportunities
- Mentor and develop tax team members
- Participate in networking events and business development
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and small business enterprise tax returns
- Knowledge and expertise in the use of UltraTax and related software
- Current CPA license and bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Strong technical tax research experience and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and develop a well-prepared tax team
