Job SummaryThe Behavior Health Technician II position will support our programs, including Arcadia Place, Acute Stabilization Unit, Assessment Center, Cabot Heights, Meridian Road to Recovery, Short Term Residential Treatment, and The Lodges.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a positive helping relationship with individuals receiving services.
- Assist individuals with completing activities of daily living, accessing resources, and building pro-social relationships.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services.
- Implement specific interventions according to individual treatment plans.
- Monitor and document progress.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children or seriously mentally ill adults, or completion of one year of college classes.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Base pay ranges from $16.12 an hour based on experience, with shift differential pay available when applicable.
